Our mouth-watering meals
Breakfast (07.30 – 10.00 am) includes free-range eggs, fresh farm milk, butter, yoghurt and cheese from the local farms, fresh bread from the village bakery, genuine homecraft sausages made with local meats, freshly squeezed juices and aromatic organic teas. What a great start to the day!
Lunchtime (12.30 – 1.30 pm) includes a different three-course meal every day (charged extra)
South Tyrolean snack/Marende (2.30 – 5.00 pm) includes cold cuts, homemade cakes and hot beverages.
The Discovery Dinner (6.00 – 8.30 pm) with regional specialties
The evening menu is an authentic gourmet experience: Tyrolean specialties with our imaginative chef’s creative touch!
